Universal Assistance is a New Zealand based repatriation company which gives 24 hour help to people who become ill or are injured overseas. We provide service on behalf of overseas insurance or assistance companies, domestic travel insurers and individuals.

We also offer the same service to visitors to New Zealand who have become ill or been injured in New Zealand and need assistance to return home.
